I spent 6 1/2 hours in a plane from Incheon to Singapore and did not watch a single movie. Why you ask....... I was STRESSED out. About 2 Hours into the flight we hit a patch of strong to moderate turbulence. We were shaking all over the place going side to side, going up and down. I'm sitting in my seat doing deep breathing and clutching the vomit bag. Michael is holding on the the seat and trying to focus on the movie, Ash was giggling comparing it to a roller coaster. CJ.... sound asleep.. Lucky!!! I wish I could have slept trough it. We were in this storm for a little over an hour. I guess there was a substantial storm system over Taiwan because instead of flying over the island, the route map showed us going all the way around it.
I could not relax the rest of the flight even though it was relatively smooth. I have issues. Lots of them.....
Aside from the "Flight from Hell" the journey from Russia to Singapore was not bad.
I got stuck with these joyful creatures on the first leg :-)
Will flew in peace with the best travel companion ever... Mike :-)
I know pictures out the airplane window are a bit cliche but I have always liked flying into Korea. Both time were clear and there is a lot to see from way up here!
I tried to get a good picture, but this is the first complete double decker plane I have ever seen. Usually I see the Boeing 747 with the first class/ business cabin up on top and bottom. Never a whole row of seats.
Incheon shenanigans - I was a little upset with the airport this time around. All the play structures were removed or moved to another spot that we didn't find, Starbucks is no longer there, and we were so excited to go back to Smoothie King... Yep... That's gone too. So we sat here and waited.
My sweet little boy.... He slept on the floor under the seat back tray tables for 5 of the 6 1/2 hours. Slept through all the turbulence and meals :-)
Princes trying to sleep.
We landed around 11pm and by time we got to the hotel it was pushing midnight (2am Yuzhno time) and we were exhausted!
Time for bed - Shopping and Singapore exploration tomorrow!
